Second Chance of Northwest Florida, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded in 1989 by the late Dr. Clell Warriner. Through his practice, Dr. Warriner recognized the need to create a safe haven where brain injury survivors could socialize and relearn skills lost as a result of injuries.
Following the advent of Hurricane Michael in 2018, Second Chance expanded services to adults with cognitive disorders such as as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoid affective, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chemically-induced brain damage.
Second Chance is a non-for-profit 501(c)3 organization registered with the State of Florida, Solicitation of Contributions Act. Our registration number is #SC09281 and 100% of contributions are tax deductible and used for and by Second Chance.
