Second Chance of Northwest Florida

Through the years…

Second Chance of Northwest Florida, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded in 1989 by the late Dr. Clell Warriner. Dr. Warriner, through his practice, recognized the need to create a safe haven where survivors of traumatic brain injuries could socialize and relearn lost skills.

Following the horrific destruction in our community from Hurricane Michael in 2018, Second Chance of Northwest Florida expanded services to include adults with aquired brain injuries.

Second Chance is a non-for-profit 501(c)3 organization registered with the State of Florida, Solicitation of Contributions Act.  Our registration number is #SC09281 and 100% of contributions are tax deductible and used for and by Second Chance.
